McCallum Place in Austin  has worked with Contego IM for over a year for patient and billing  record scanning.  Contego IM helped McCallum Place reorganize their entire patient and billing records by electronically scanning, organizing them by discharge dates, and then alphabetizing all records by last name, first name.  It was a difficult job that Contego IM completed flawlessly.

They do a superb job communicating the process and also sending updates when needed. I have worked directly with Hunter Buchmeyer as our coordinator and Darion Spence as our project manager. You have no idea how excited I am about this process. When I first went over to our building that housed the archived files a year ago I literally had to turn around and go back to my campus. I am writing this letter to thank your company, Contigo HIM, for the great job on finishing the document scanning project at our location from the end of September, 2010, to mid-January, 2011. Within the four months of our scanning project, your company showed diligence and dedication to finish the work on schedule, which greatly benefited other pending projects we are
